India’s flexible workspace sector posted its strongest-ever first half in 2026, with operators leasing 191,306 seats across the country’s top eight cities, up 68.4% year-on-year. Flex operators also recorded 8.4 million sq ft of leasing, accounting for nearly 20% of total office leasing activity.
