Bullish for EVs: Delhi Bans Petrol 2-Wheelers from 2028, Boosts EV

Delhi has announced a ban on new petrol two-wheeler registrations from April 2028, making electric models mandatory for new registrations from FY29. Similar electrification mandates are set for three-wheelers from January 2027 and phased targets for school buses and commercial fleets.
